Transforming Enterprise Retail: The Award-Winning Project
Our recognition highlighted a landmark co-delivery project for one of Ireland’s largest and most recognized retail chains. Together, Yes Dynamic and Cetas replaced a fully outsourced, third-party-controlled gift card operation with a modern, Microsoft-native platform.
Key components of the solution included:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise
Serving as the core CRM and business logic engine to manage the complete gift card lifecycle for over 45,000 B2B and B2C records.
Power Pages Portals
A secure, branded self-service portal enabling B2B corporates to place orders and B2C consumers to purchase digital and physical gift cards.
Advanced Integrations & Automation
Full payment gateway integration via Stripe, automated nightly card activation files, and seamless fulfilment partner dispatch driven by Power Automate workflows.
The results for the customer were transformative, including full data ownership, a 12% increase in overall gift card sales, and a 65% surge in high-margin digital e-card sales.
